About the event
Meet-up with Black Men Run DC's Sunday group at the Indian Head Rail Trail for an endurance run/walk at 7:00AM.
Meetup at 8AM and takeoff shortly after warm-up.
Choose your own pace, choose your own distance.
Many times the runners on this Sunday run are doing endurance training for upcoming events/races and getting longer mileage runs in, but all are welcome.
This tends to be a more intimate group. If you plan to run shorter or walk, bring a buddy.
This is open to everyone. You do not have to be black or a man to attend. All are welcome.
Meetup is at the White Plains parking lot area of the trail (10390 Theodore Green Blvd, White Plains, MD 20695)
