About the event
Meet-up with Black Men Run DC's Sunday group at the Indian Head Rail Trail for an endurance run/walk at 8:00AM.
Choose your own pace, choose your own distance.
Many times the runners on this Sunday run are doing endurance training for upcoming events/races and getting longer mileage runs in, but all are welcome.
This tends to be a more intimate group. If you plan to run shorter or walk, bring a buddy. Feel free to comment in the Facebook event page if you'd like to try to pair in advance with someone there.
